PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • ALL CLIENTS are required to pay a deposit for extensions and color services. If the appointment is maintained, the deposit will apply to the cost of the service. Failure to keep your appointment will forfeit your deposit.

  • Your service includes a shampoo and conditioning treatment for any natural hair service. Shampooing your own hair DOES NOT reduce the cost.

  • I DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR EXTENSIONS. Prices do not reflect the cost of hair extensions. Please ask for a referral to be given the specific type of hair that is needed to complete the style that you request. I do not use any brand of hair for extension services and if you bring in the incorrect product, I will not complete the service requested.

  • A 48-hours notice must be given prior to rescheduling your appointment. If no notice is given, a $45 NO SHOW fee will be assessed.

  • I do not issue refunds.

  • The cost of the service is expected after services are rendered.

  • Acceptable forms of payment are cash, $Cash App, or Apple Pay. Absolutely NO CHECKS!
